a.k.a Afternoon Communion
You might prefer this service if you:
- find it difficult to get to morning worship
- prefer traditional hymns
- need to be seated
We meet in the Maori Hill Community Centre. The service is begins with a hymn and a prayer followed by a reading of scripture and a brief reflection on the selected text. This is followed by the Communion liturgy, the longest part of the service as we prepare ourselves to receive the consecrated elements.
This service is held on the 2nd Sundays of February, April, June, August, October and December commencing at 2:30 pm. Worship is followed at 3:00 pm with refreshments.
